The food is fresh. The waitress was awesome. I went in knowing it was not a buffet and was disappointed. After enjoying the food, I was so happy it was not a buffet! There quality is worth every penny.

First off, the food was actually very good and the staff was very nice. I tried the “Mulan” with chicken which was quite nice and my wife enjoyed the fried rice (careful the portion size is huge on this!). The only negative was while eating in the restaurant. We have also enjoyed their dumplings and several other dishes. All have been very good!

This was my first time ordering. I ordered General Tso's Chicken and Lo mein noodles. They were very fast. they forgot my extra sauce but the dish had enough and so i forgave the oversight. Tasty and fresh I will definetley order again

Good neighborhood spot for Chinese food.

Golden Hunan is a block away from my office, and I have eaten here because of how convenient the location is. However, I keep coming back because of the delicious food and great service.

Golden Hunan is a very quaint location on a small shopping strip, I love the atmosphere on any time of the day. Especially on a cold night, whether you’re here by yourself or with friends and family enjoying yourself, you’ll come to accept the beauty of the atmosphere and the really good food!

Just bought their Orange Chicken Meal! It's awesome.. Enough said!!

Two of us were dining. We ordered the steamed chicken dumplings as an appetizer. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken and she had the Orange Shrimp. The dipping sauce with the dumplings was more toward sour than the ginger-soy that I've come to expect, but it was pleasant and not bland. Of the two entrees, the Orange Shrimp was the better choice. The chicken in the General Tso's was a bit overdone (not horribly, it was just cooked past the tender/done point) and the sauce for the General Tso's had no heat despite the presence of the usual peppers in the dish; it also lacked the slightly fruity note that I've enjoyed elsewhere. The fried rice was unremarkable. Presentation, cleanliness, and quality of service were all very good.

Good food reasonably priced and prepared quickly. I order for pickup and everything is ready in less than 15 min. Especially like the pepper shrimp, the green beans with beef and the steam dumplings.

Temper expectations. Food wasn’t great. Wouldn’t come back. Wonton soup was the best part of the meal. Everything else was disappointing. Bad idea to order Thai tea at a Chinese restaurant. Weak and watered down. 2 stars. Restroom could use a cleaning.

This place is extremely delish. The waitress Cindy is the best waitress ever. She is so kind. The prices are also very reasonable. Thank you for the great service.

If I could give no stars I would. They have a delivery radius of 5 miles. I live 3.9 miles away. They won't deliver to me because it's a bad neighborhood. That's what she said. 5 miles is 5 miles... False advertisement

We enjoyed our takeout, but were a bit disappointed to learn that the complimentary egg rolls for purchases over $15 were no longer being applied to orders via the app. If we order from you again, according to the person who answered the phone when we called to ask about it, we will have to either call in an order for the free-with-purchase or remember to purchase them with our order if we continue to use the app. Seems kind of stupid to me...but do you.

I stop by for lunch and the food was extremely fresh and the price was right. The next time your in the mood for Chinese food, I highly recommend Golden Hunan Restaurant. #5starservice

I ordered Tofu Mulanm style, and it was amazing! And absolutely satisfying! They were able to cater to my vegetarian needs and prepared the food spicy with fresh Thai chillies! Definitely coming back!

This place doesn't give you utensil for Togo order. If you want to eat use your finger. They are so cheap they won't give you any spoon to eat with.

This place is a little gem when you dine in. The space is small and quiet, the staff are very friendly, and above all the food quality is very good. Delivery takes that down a notch, as expected, so I definitely recommend coming by for a visit in-person.

Went for the first time today based on reviews. Got the lunch special for $9 + $2 for soup and fried instead of white rice. Portions were small for both the entree and rice, especially for the price. Entree was lukewarm and clearly had been sitting out for a while and maybe made much earlier. General Tso's chicken tasted strangely sour, and I felt sick to my stomach as I was leaving. Went home and sure enough, got food poisoning. Not coming back. Only good thing about the place was the waitress who did her job well.

Ordered the General Tso (my favorite dish) and it tasted like cardboard. No flavor what so ever. Which is sad cause the chicken looked like it would take good. The hot and sour soup tasted like only pepper. It was disappointing. The spring rolls had nothing in them and were tiny. The beef Hunan also had zero flavor. VERY disappointed in the food. The staff was very friendly but will not be coming back.
